Warranty Terms

Furniture cushioning in standard thickness of 78mm and above are covered under warranty only
Warranty is valid only on purchases made from authorised Flexipol furniture cushioning distributor and Dealer.

For Claim warranty customer must follow the instruction:

i) Scan the Bar code
ii) Go to the website
iii) Login with your contact details
iv) Fill the warranty foam.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Warranty is limited to sagging, crumbling and natural disintegration under normal conditions of domestic use and is applicable only on bare foam as supplied by company.
2. The warranty applies only for the product and not for any damage/loss to overall seating system like wood, tapestry etc.
3. Misapplication or accidental damage resulting in failure of the product.
4. Any alteration in standard size by joining or adding to another PU Foam or any other material
5. With normal use, Polyurethane foam is likely to i) Develop softness & change in colour ii) Have loss of thickness upto 10%. These are not considered as defects.

WARRANTY SETTELMENT PROCESS:

1. Customer shall contact the dealer (Only from where the product was originally purchased) with cash memo, Warranty details and Defective cushion.
2. Defective product must have brand stamp unique number for identification.
3. Any transportation cost during the redressal process has to be borne by the customer
4. Damages not specifically listed herein will not qualify for warranty benefits
5. The company’s decision will be final on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty.

The warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Disputes regarding warranty, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Warranty settlement value (WSV)
1. The applicable WSV will be calculated on the basis of the Cash memo value.
2. WSV cannot be encashed.
3. The customer will receive an applicable WSV, calculated on the basis of the cash memo value.
4. The customer has the choice of either buying the same model or upgrading to a higher model of Flexipol by paying the difference over the WSV.
5. The dealer will redeem the WSV against a new Flexipol product only after receiving back the old product.
